Meghan Hayden, DVM

Dr. Meghan Hayden chose the veterinary profession because of her desire to make a difference for animals through science. She chose The PARC because of our team of passionate professionals and their focus on individualized care for each pet and owner. Dr. Hayden works at The PARC Express location, primarily providing wellness care.

Dr. Hayden graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). She brings 12 years of experience, specializes in small animal general practice and is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).

Dr. Hayden, her husband Kevin, son Lawson and their growing family live in Fort Worth with two cats, Amos and Simon, and an Australian shepherd named Shelby. Outside of her veterinary pursuits, she loves quilting, baking and music.

What "job title" would be on your pets’ name tags? Amos is definitely my World's Best Snuggler and our kitten, Simon, is our Official Countertop Inspector (we're working on changing this). Shelby is our Personal Space Invader.

Advice for pet owners: Don't skimp on training and socialization. It is worth every bit of effort you put into it.
