Our General Practice team focuses on wellness, preventive care, and same-day urgent needs — building lasting relationships with pets and their people. As a GP Veterinary Technician at The PARC, you’ll play a central role in scheduled appointments, supporting doctors while also creating a welcoming, educational, and relationship-driven client experience.

What We're Looking For
- Experience as a veterinary technician in general practice preferred
- CVT/LVT/RVT encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills and a passion for client education
- A genuine interest in building relationships with clients and their pets
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured, appointment-based environment
- Solid technical skills including sample collection, restraint, and basic diagnostics
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay calm, friendly, and professional in a busy clinical setting
What You'll Do
- Assist veterinarians with scheduled wellness and urgent care appointments
- Obtain patient histories and build rapport with clients and their pets
- Educate pet owners on preventive care, medications, and treatment plans
- Perform physical exam support, sample collection, and diagnostic testing
- Administer vaccines, medications, and treatments as prescribed
- Support minor procedures and outpatient care
- Maintain accurate, thorough medical records
- Help ensure smooth appointment flow and a positive client experience
- Use safe, low-stress handling techniques
- Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and treatment areas
- Collaborate with team members to provide efficient, high-quality care
