Pastor Visits The PARC to Bless Employee Pets and ICU Patients
The PARC took a beautiful pause amidst the hustle of the day to embrace a moment of grace. We were honored to welcome Trent Ormsbee‑Hale, Pastor of Messiah Lutheran Church in Weatherford, for a special visit with our team, our pets, and our patients.
Our mission is clear: People first. Animals at the heart of everything we do. Revolutionary Care throughout. We know that excellent medicine is essential, that thoughtful treatment plans are vital—but we also know there are times when a kind word, a blessing, or a bit of extra comfort can make all the difference.
During his visit, Pastor Trent offered blessings to our teams' pets—those beloved companions of ours who brighten our days—and then extended that blessing into our hospital’s ICU, where some of our most fragile patients reside. These are the pets working so hard to recover, longing to go home to their people. He honored them with words of hope, love, and faith: that they may heal, be restored, and return to the joyful lives they deserve.
Why this matters:
- Our vets create individualized plans tailored to each pet’s needs—but recovery is a journey, and sometimes healing calls for more than medicine alone.
- Blessings like this remind us all that we’re connected: vets and techs, pets and and their people, medicine and heart.
Thank you to the Fort Worth community for allowing us to serve your pets and for loving as fiercely as you do. The “space between” people and pets is powerful—and yesterday, that space was filled with blessings, healing and hope.
